    A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided from the moment the parcel is received.
    The video must show:

    • the outer parcel,

    • the shipping label,

    • the opening of the package, and

    • the item’s condition upon arrival.
      Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

  2. Return Eligibility
    A return is only valid if:

    • the item received is damaged,

    • the item is incorrect, or

    • the order is missing components.

  3. Condition of Returned Items
    All items must be returned in:

    • original condition,

    • unused,

    • with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, certificates, or accessories.

  4. Customer-Arranged Return Shipping
    All return delivery must be fully arranged and paid for by the customer.
