Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided from the moment the parcel is received.
The video must show:-
the outer parcel,

the shipping label,

the opening of the package, and

the item’s condition upon arrival.
Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

A return is only valid if:-
the item received is damaged,

the item is incorrect, or

the order is missing components.

Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in:-
original condition,

unused,

with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, certificates, or accessories.
